Nonprofits find themselves in possession of tracts of land as well as physical assets that were accumulated over a lifetime of donations from their benefactors. These assets can be monetized by establishing the best and highest use for the real estate or for the asset itself and reviewing the marketplace to find a suitable reuse option that would either allow the asset to become part of the group’s mission and more valuable as a part of that mission or allow the asset to be rezoned, repositioned and brought to the height of its financial maturity for sale to interested parties.

Our nonprofit group has experience working with religious groups as well as foundations to develop real estate strategies that make sense and are in keeping with the mission and the goals of the institution.
