Extensive mergers and acquisitions experience, with successful integrations of over 5 global companies. Lead teams in implementing a Standardized approach to Enterprise Risk, Sustainability and HSSE Leadership including Processes and Technology that enabled the Operations and HSSE Corporate Risk Groups to seamlessly evaluate and run their operations in a Lean, consistent and proactive manner using leading indicators for preventative analysis in a top down approach to sustainable operational excellence.

GSX Ventures – Chief Operations Officer and Managing Principal- May 2018- Present

Director of Operations for GSX Ventures, a niche real estate development group that focus primarily on key markets and associated product types which include student housing adjacent to college campuses, millennial housing in targeted markets across the US; mixed use urban in fill projects; and products for seniors including senior apartments, assisted and independent living facilities. Facilitates strategic investments throughout the country by connecting land sellers and capital groups and utilizing GSXs expertise in site selection, architectural design, site planning, and rezoning. Manages all facets of Development Operations, including the oversight of all Construction Projects, and Personnel throughout the United States.

US Department of Justice – Environmental Crimes Section
Location: St. Croix, US Virgin Islands – Caribbean
Working through Acumenics Research and Technologies, initiated and implemented the first comprehensive environmental program in the US Virgin Islands.
Initiation of investigations with various law enforcement agencies including the EPA – Criminal Investigation Division, the FBI – Environmental Enforcement Division, the United States Coast Guard – Special Investigations Division, the U.S. Marshals Office and the U.S. Department of State.
One investigation resulted in the first successful Federal indictment and conviction of one individual and two corporations under violations of the Clean Water Act, the Ocean Dumping Act, and the Rivers and Harbors Act, in the US Virgin Islands for among other things, illegal dumping of radioactive waste into the ocean for which myself and our team received a personal commendation from Attorney General Janet Reno.
