Since 1999, GSX Ventures has been designing and planning significant on and off campus student housing projects. These range from the pinnacle of “milennial luxury” at Aspen Albany and Auden Albany, to 1000 beds of mixed housing apartments and suites at the University of Connecticut in Storrs to a 300 bed apartment complex on the campus of Grove City College pre-leased directly to students. Beyond those projects on campus, there is a huge market for projects just off-campus among private developers. These products geared towards upper classmen are very profitable and if in close proximity to campus an excellent long term investment for many capital groups. GSX Ventures has constructed thousands of these beds across the country and has an internal research department that has pre-qualified universities and their demands to make sure that they developments that we select are likely to receive the highest income, return and absorption in the network of schools.
